Wake Up Breakfast

This is my favorite breakfast from a plant based whole grain diet.

Whole grain shredded wheat
Fresh organic blueberries
Walnuts
Chia seeds
Whole grain oat flakes
Organic vanilla almond milk

Yum! This gets me energized and keeps me satisfied for hours.
